Together, Fire Department ambulances and first-responder companies provide you with a quick response to the scene, on-scene lifesaving medical care, and safe transportation to the hospital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Fire Department provides service to <em>every<\/em> member of the community, regardless of membership. If you choose to participate in the Ambulance Membership Program, active insurance coverage is required, and the Program will cover your out-of-pocket expenses for medically necessary ambulance transportation. These expenses can be significant and can quickly exceed the cost of participating in the Membership Program. If you require ambulance transportation, we hope you find our services timely, professional, and valuable. Thank you for the opportunity to serve you. We appreciate your trust in us!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>How much does this program cost?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>$40 Individual (one year)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>$55 Family (one year)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>How do I sign up, and where do I make payment?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This renewal year, you will use an online platform for secure and convenient enrollment in the Kansas City, Kansas Fire Department Membership Program. To renew your membership through the online portal, please visit <a href=\"https:\/\/emsecurepay.emsbilling.com\/membership\">https:\/\/emsecurepay.emsbilling.com\/membership<\/a>. If you renew through the online portal, you may print a receipt and membership card. <strong>The Activation Code is KCKFD.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">EMS|MC now manages our memberships. If you would like to pay by check or money order, please make it payable to \u201cUnified Treasurer\u201d and mail it to PO Box 175014, Kansas City, Kansas 66117\u20115014. Please include the completed <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kckfd.org\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/KCKFD-EMS-Membership-Application-2026-Fillable.pdf\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"http:\/\/www.kckfd.org\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/KCKFD-EMS-Membership-Application-2026-Fillable.pdf\">printable registration form<\/a> with your payment. You may also call <strong>(877)\u00a0842\u20110328<\/strong> to renew or with any questions. We are always happy to help.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you have internet access, please follow the steps below to enroll in the program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>STEP 1: <\/strong>Go to <a href=\"https:\/\/emsecurepay.emsbilling.com\/membership\">https:\/\/emsecurepay.emsbilling.com\/membership<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>STEP 2: <\/strong>Answer \u201cNO\u201d to indicate that you have not used this portal before; this creates your membership account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>STEP 3: <\/strong>Enter <strong>KCKFD<\/strong> in the Activation Code box, then click \u201cActivate.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>STEP 4: <\/strong>You will be asked to enter the following information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Date of birth<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Head of Household first name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Head of Household last name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Phone number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Home street address<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>City<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>State<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ZIP code<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>STEP 5: <\/strong>The information you entered on the previous screen will be listed under \u201cCurrent Household Members.\u201d To add another household member, enter their first name, last name, SSN, and date of birth, then click \u201cAdd another household member.\u201d When you are finished adding members, click \u201cNext.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>STEP 6: <\/strong>Enter a valid email address.
