In an effort to streamline the process of Medical and Billing requests and enhance the Kansas City Kansas Fire Department\u2019s ability to provide excellent customer service, the Department contracted with\u00a0Digitech Computer, LLC at 480 Bedford Road Building \u2013 2nd Floor, Chappaqua, NY 10514 via<\/strong> ChartSwap.<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

ChartSwap<\/u><\/em><\/strong> is a HIPPA compliant platform launched to facilitate electronic medical and billing record exchange between medical providers and law firms, and other requesting parties.\u00a0 It is free to register and requestors can use\u00a0ChartSwap<\/u><\/em><\/strong> to request, track, pay for and download records.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
